Inner Space is the first Windows game with true AI. You fly around inside your computer, collecting icons or destroying them, and once all icons are dealt with, you are allowed to leave Inner Space. Imagine doing that at 36 frames per second, even on your 486? That's Inner Space. Includes: This includes the full game and "The Works!" package which includes a ship builder and a sound and voice effects package. This game totally rules my childhood. The guy is _still_ selling copies of this game, which was made at least 100 years ago. This version is prepackaged with DOSBox running a copy of Win 3.1 to make it run on Windows Vista/7/8 x64. Extract and run "innerspace.bat" News: Sound has been installed to work with DoSBox!

Oregon Trail II 1.0
Oregon Trail II includes far more detail than the original. For instance, rafting down the Columbia River is a much greater challenge than it was in the original game. Whenever an event (e.g. an accident or illness) happens, the game halts and the player must decide what to do in response, so it is much more interactive than the previous version. Players are also able to talk with other settlers along the way and ask their advice when needed. TO PLAY: No installation is needed. Copy folder so the game executable is in the root of C:\Oregon2. Click on OTII16 or OTII32 to play depending on your OS. You must install Quicktime 3.0 or higher to play.

introduces young players to the environment, math, science, dexterity, memorization, reading and problem solving. Players are also introduced to Ozzie S. Otter and his friends, who populate the five locations introduced in the game. Players may visit the beach, Ozzie's bedroom, the forest, the garden and Vet. Each area is introduced with a short animation, and then the player is allowed to explore the area by clicking on various objects and items in the picture. Some items remain the same from area to area and contain games and projects. Though the games themselves remain the same from area to area, the objects used in the games vary. All games have three difficulty levels that the players can set, the default level being one or easy.

Pacific Islands N/A
Pacific Islands is the follow-up to Team Yankee and as its name suggests is set in the Pacific Islands, where conflicts demand the intervention of the USA and you, as a crack tank commander. You are in complete control of 16 modern American tanks which are divided into 4 squads. The interface is a step up from the confusing mess of Team Yankee. On the map screen, you click which team you want to command and click where on the map you want them to go. They then happily follow your orders without question, crashing through jungles and forests, sneaking behind cover, patrolling built-up areas, fording streams and even happily blundering into minefields. The objective in each mission is usually to take control of key areas, destroy enemy communications, escort support groups, etc. In a nice touch, missions may be undertaken at any time of the day; night missions surprisingly being the easiest, as the enemy has inferior Infrared imaging to your tanks'. The graphics could be best described as 'functional', they certainly aren't to the standards of other war sims like Gunship 2000, but the functions are well laid out, simple and extremely easy to use. Same as in Team Yankee, much of the time you'll be looking at a screen divided into four, where each portion represents a first person perspective from a different vehicle. Overall, Pacific Islands is an improvement over Team Yankee, although interface and dumb AI problems still remain. Once the initial problems of controlling 4 groups of 4 tanks are overcome, the rest of the game is quite easy to get into, and very rewarding. Recommended if you like tank sims, but don't expect it to be very realistic.

Patton Versus Rommel
Patton vs. Rommel is a computer war game designed and programmed by Chris Crawford, and published by Electronic Arts in 1987 for the Macintosh and DOS. The DOS version was adapted by Sculptured Software, and a Commodore 64 version was also created. After the success of Crawford's game Balance of Power EA wanted to work with him, but could not acquire the rights to sequel the game. Instead, they suggested he build on the tradition of his seminal Atari title Eastern Front. Rather than create a derivative game on the Western Front, Crawford elected to focus the game's design on fog of war and the personalities of American general George Patton and the German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel.+++NEEDS DOSBOX TO RUN ON MODERN COMPUTERS+++
